Suspicion grew about the death of the Widow.
Neighbors exhumed her grave. Where there should have been a body, nothing but bones were found – golden ones at that.
People summoned the Priest, who in turn called upon the Bishop.
“Such precious bones are proof of a Saint,” the Bishop declared, “and belong, therefore, to the good Lord Jesus and His Church.”
The Bishop carried the Golden Bones to the City Cathedral and enshrined them as relics.
